Refund policy

Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns or exchanges only in extreme circumstances.

Returns

 

1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return. 
2. Your return request should be sent by email to yarnstorykolkata@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.. 
3. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Yarn Story Kolkata at the following address:

4. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.
5. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
